Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. if smoothie is too thick, add millk until you have reached the desired texture
